On 3 Sep 2026, China OEPC Limited and Ms Hao Ting entered into the Third Amendment Deed with the Company to extend the maturity date of the convertible notes and amend the conversion price to HKD 0.88 per share. The event involved derivative interests in 448,863,636 shares, being 431,818,182 shares and 17,045,454 shares in which China OEPC Limited and Ms Hao Ting are interested respectively.
