Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement ("Scheme") between North Mining Shares Company Limited ("NMS") and the Scheme Creditors, On 1 September 2026, LuckCap distributed 2,366,099,547 shares of NMS as the final distribution to the Scheme Creditors with admitted claims and submitted relevant transfer documents by 31 July 2026. The distribution is ongoing. Ms. So Kit Yee Anita and Mr. Leung Fredric Hin Hang are the joint and several administrators of the Scheme.
