Wing Lee Green Development Limited (Wing Lee Green) underwent share swap with its existing shareholders, Longford Strategic Investments Ltd. (wholly-owned by Yiu Wang Lung) and Rongsheng International Holdings Ltd. (wholly-owned by Chan Lo Man). Under the arrangement, Wing Lee Green will transfer 127,500,000 Shares to Longford and 112,500,000 Shares to Rongsheng.
