On 20 July 2026, the transfer of 233,000,000 shares of the Company from Perfect Group Version Limited to Mr. CHONG Kam Chau arising from the termination of the CHONG Family Trust was completed. As a result, Ms. CHAN Po Ting, the spouse of Mr. CHONG Kam Chau, is no longer deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company in her capacity as beneficiary of the CHONG Family Trust, but continues to be deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by Mr. CHONG Kam Chau under the SFO.
