Supplementary information: |
The convertible bonds of HKD380,000,000 for 1,727,272,727 shares held by China OEPC Limited and HKD15,000,000 for 68,181,818 shares held by spouse Hao Ting matured on 26 June 2026. The resolution to extend them was not passed at the SGM on 10 July 2026. Thus the conversion rights lapsed on 26 June 2026. The decrease in interest represents solely the lapse of these bonds with no disposal of actual shares.
