Pursuant to a sale and purchase agreement entered into by QIANSHAN ASIA BUYOUT FUND, L.P. ("FUND") and certain parties on 9 July 2026, The FUND has conditionally agreed to purchase an aggregate of 81,912,000 ordinary shares in World-Link Logistics (Asia) Holding Ltd. from LEADER SPEED LIMITED and LUK YAU CHI, DESMOND. Qianshan Capital (Cayman) Holding Co., Ltd holds 50% LP interest in the FUND and 100% issued share capital of Qianshan Capital (Cayman) Fund Management Co., Ltd, the GP of FUND.
