Supplementary information: |
On 2 July 2026, Ma Xia transferred 172,166,037 ordinary shares of Pizu Group Holdings Limited to her son, Zhao Haoyu, at a nominal consideration of HK$1. Pursuant to the new agreement under section 317 of the SFO, which took effect upon completion of the transfer, Ma Xia ceased to be a party to the agreement and Zhao Haoyu became a party to the agreement in substitution for Ma Xia. Upon completion of the transfer, Ma Xia ceased to have a notifiable interest in the Company.
