Mr Osman Mohammed Arab and Mr Lai Wing Lun were appointed as the Joint and Several Receivers and Managers (the "Receivers") of 150,000,000 ordinary shares of Redco Healthy Living Company Limited ("Redco Healthy") held by Top Glory International Holdings Limited. On 2 July 2026, the Receivers transferred 48,000,000 ordinary shares (representing 24% of the issued share capital) to Prime Nexus Ltd., reducing Top Glory International Holdings Limited's interest in Redco Healthy from 75% to 51%.
