Supplementary information: |
By inheritance, 50% of shares in each of TDT1, TDT2 & TUT1 were directly or indirectly owned by me. TDT1 & TDT2 (respective trustee of discretionary trusts DT1 & DT2) holds units in a unit trust (UT1) but is not entitled to any interest in UT1's trust assets. TUT1 in ordinary course of business as UT1's trustee holds HD's shares independently without any reference to TUT1's shareholders. I remain as one of discretionary beneficiaries of DT1 & DT2.
