Supplementary information: |
The shareholding interests held by Ms. Huang Hou has been diluted due to the enlarged issued share capital of the Company after the allotment and issuance of 58,919,695 ordinary shares on 17 June 2026 pursuant to the Rights Issue (as detailed in the prospectus of the Company dated 26 May 2026 and the announcement of the Company dated 16 June 2026). Accordingly, Ms. Huang Hou ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the Company.
