On 15 June 2026, completion of the transfer of the entire equity interest and shareholder's loan of Elise Beauty Group Limited took place. Upon completion, a total of 341,903,719 new shares of Zhongzheng International Company Limited (the "Listco") were alloted and issued to Elly Beauty Group Limited ("Elly Beauty") at the issue price of HK$0.1828 per consideration share pursuant to the terms of the acquisition agreement entered into between the Listco and Elly Beauty dated 31 December 2025.
