As disclosed in the circular published by TechStar Acquisition Corporation dated 12 November 2025, Honour Key Limited has entered into a lock-up agreement with TechStar Acquisition Corporation and Seyond Holdings Ltd., pursuant to which, among other things, Honour Key Limited agreed not to transfer the shares of Seyond Holdings Ltd. for a period of six months from 10 December 2025. Such lock-up period expired on 10 June 2026.
