Following the issue and allotment of 376,175,228 new Shares on 9 June 2026 upon conversion of the Zero Coupon Mandatory Convertible Bonds ("MCB") due 2026 issued on 10 June 2025, the total issued shares of the listed corporation increased from 1,183,909,445 to 1,560,084,673, leading to a passive decrease in the percentage level of the substantial shareholder's interest in the listed corporation. Details of the MCB are set out in the circular of the Company dated 15 May 2025.
