Class of shares concerned is Class B Ordinary Shares. On 26 Jan 2022, 225,000,000 new Class B Ordinary Shares were issued pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option. As a result, the percentage level of interest held by SenseTalent Management Limited ("SenseTalent") has decreased. On the same day, 225,000,000 Class B Ordinary Shares lent by SenseTalent to China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited pursuant to a stock borrowing agreement were returned.
