On 26 April 2018, United Century International Limited (“United Century”) as issuer , Mr. Guo Jiadi, as the ultimate beneficial owner of United Century and King Partner Holdings Limited (“King Partner”) and an investor entered into a subscription agreement (“Subscription Agreement”). The closing of the Subscription Agreement has occurred, a charge over 2,274,039,555 shares in China Sandi were granted by United Century and King Partner in favour of the investor on 30 May 2018.
